Rodriques managed three blocks in addition to his three goals against the California Cougars on Wednesday, November 21 at Amway Arena. The 6-1 defender was involved in three of the Sharks’ five tallies on the evening, finishing the scoring with a three-point goal and also notching two two-point goals, including a short-handed effort. Playing in his first-ever MISL season, Rodriques played for Miami FC of the United Soccer League First Division in 2006 and was the first overall pick by Miami FC in the 2006 USL draft. He played for the Nashville Metros of the Premier Development League in 2004 and 2005 where he was named the 2004 PDL Defensive Player of the Year and named to 2005 PDL All-Southern Conference team.
